At Abundance Closet, every order is handled with the same care, love, and attention that goes into curating our designs. We aim to deliver your outfits safely, quickly, and with a seamless experience — from our warehouse to your wardrobe.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During festive seasons, restocks, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we always work to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 working days
  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 working days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 working days

We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and BlueDart.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
In case of a failed COD delivery, our team will contact you to reschedule. If undeliverable, the order will be cancelled and restocked.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping charges may apply as mentioned at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD fee may apply based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID. You can track your order via the courier partner’s tracking page.

Incorrect Address or Non-Serviceable Location

If the address provided is incomplete, incorrect, or falls in a non-serviceable area, our team will contact you for clarification. In case the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect details, the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Unexpected Delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, certain situations may cause delays. These include:

  • Festive season congestion
  • Natural calamities or strikes
