At Abundance Closet, we want you to love what you wear and feel abundant in every purchase. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to make it right — with grace and simplicity.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • The return is initiated within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is not a final sale / discounted above 40% / part of a promotional bundle

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products on clearance or mega sale (40% or more)
  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage
  • Custom-stitched, altered, or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards or free products

How to Initiate a Return

You’re welcome to return the product either by:

  • Self-shipping the item to our warehouse within 2 days (shipping cost borne by the customer)
  • Requesting a reverse pickup arranged by us (additional cost applies)

Please share the following details:

  • Your order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return

We will schedule a reverse pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back safely. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your store credit or exchange within 5–7 working days.

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders: Refund is processed to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • COD orders: Refund is issued as store credit only.
  • Refunds are completed within 5–7 working days after quality check.
  • In case of damaged/defective items, we offer a 100% refund and return if a product opening video clearly showing the defect is provided.
